Working 16 years as a healthcare professional, Hannah developed a curiosity to the approaches of a more integrated and holistic model for health.

Through her own personal journey, she was encouraged to try yoga. After her first lesson, she became hooked. Reeping the benefits, physically, mentally and emotionally, her practice became daily, and she knew that this was the missing link in her perspective of health and well being. She completed her 200 hour YTT at Yoga on the lane with Adam Hocke and Naomi Annand. Since then has been teaching  in various settings including higher education and within refugee camps.

Hannah’s passion is based on the evidence that Yoga can help to reduce stress, inflammation and help to nurture emotional balance through increased self awareness, promoting the activity of physiological stress responses. Hannah believes that Yoga is a tool for  health and well-being sustainability.

Hannah’s teachings offer slow, fluid breath led movements to create a mindful and meditative practice. She encourages students to self enquire with a focus on self care to find inner strength and balance. Hannah invites all levels including beginners to her classes.
